Your current Terms of Service is the standard Shopify legal template. It covers all the legal bases (liability, jurisdiction, prohibited uses, etc.) and is fine as-is. No need to rewrite this one — rewriting legal terms can introduce gaps. Leave it alone.

If you ever want a custom ToS for EU compliance (especially around dispute resolution and ODR platform reference), hire a lawyer.
